Pickup is Wednesday, 12/24, from 3-5PM and will include heating and serving instructions.

The Char Siu Sakura Pork Collar party meal is centered around a pork collar that's marinated in a char siu-style sauce and slow roasted. We continue to lacquer on layers of the char siu marinade as it cooks to give it a nice glossy finish.
